1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on AfoDavidaSue.com are final and non-refundable. This applies to all digital products sold on this platform, including but not limited to:

• eBooks (all categories — Inspiration, Motivational, Educational, Folk Tales)
• Digital downloads of any kind
• Access to exclusive digital content or resources

Because our products are delivered digitally and are immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to "take back" a delivered product in the same way a physical item can be returned. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Digital goods — unlike physical products — can be downloaded and consumed instantly. Once a file is delivered to your inbox or made available for download, there is no way for us to verify that the content has not already been accessed. To protect the integrity of the creative work, we cannot offer refunds after delivery.

3. Exceptions

We do not make exceptions to this policy under normal circumstances. However, if you believe there has been a technical error — for example, you were charged but did not receive your product — please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Valid technical issues include:

• Payment was processed but no download link was received.
• The downloaded file is corrupt or unreadable.
• You were charged more than once for the same product.

These situations will be reviewed individually and resolved at our sole discretion — which may include re-delivering the product or issuing a credit.
